All Players must register for FREE clinics or to become part of NMLC. PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE after reviewing club information below. On line registration does not include equipment request form and will be done at a later date.


2024 GRADE LEVELS: Micro Moose grades 1-2, Mini Moose grades 3-5, Middle Moose grades 6-8, HS Varsity Moose grades 9-12


COME TRY LACROSSE IN MARCH FOR FREE. Membership fees will be collected in April and will be $25 for MICRO grades 1-2, $50 for MINI grades 3-5, $75 for MIDDLE grades 6-8, $100 HS VARSITY grades 9-12.  


Fees go towards equipment, uniforms, insurance, supplies, and promotional materials. NMLC is responsible to pay for 100% of High School Varsity program for the 2024 school year.


By filling out the online registration form you confirm: we read the club information, we understand and will respect the guidelines set forth by US lacrosse and Northern Maine Lacrosse Club, our submission with our typed names as signatures will serve as our official signed agreement.

Media Permission

Participants of Northern Maine Lacrosse Club may occasionally be photographed or videoed for future publicity. Unrestricted usage: I give unrestricted permission for my child(ren)’s image to be used in print, video, Facebook, and digital media. I agree that these images may be used for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notifying me. I do understand that the child's last name will not be used.


Participation Waiver

Participation in this activity may involve risk of injury or death. As a parent, guardian, or participant I am aware of these hazards as well as the risks associated with sports injuries and give consent for my player(s) to participate. In addition, my player(s) will follow all safety protocols as required by the club, the practice facility or playing venue.   In registering for participation in lacrosse, I hereby waive and release all rights and claims against Northern Maine Lacrosse Club, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers and supervisors from all losses, injury, damages, fees and other expenses arising out of, or in connection with participation in the above registered activity. In addition, I give my consent to the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club and staff to act in my place in all respects should the need arise during the course of this activity or related travel. This shall include but not be limited to obtaining medical care.


Code of Conduct

Players of the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club and their parents are bound by the following code of conduct. 

1. Positive attitude and display of great sportsmanship are expected by all coaches, players, and parents at all practice, home and away game venues and around the community.

2. No swearing or abusive language on the bench, on the field, or from the sidelines. Any unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. 

3. Players and parents are expected to appreciate and respect the Maliseet Field, local school facilities, indoor facilities we practice in, as well as opposing and neutral fields.

4. Coaching staff will deal with all matters pertaining to officiating. Parents and players are not to interfere with officials under any circumstances. 

5. Parents are to be respectful of our coaches and leave the coaching duties to them during games and practices. 

6. Illegal activities will not be tolerated, including, but not limited to, underage drinking and smoking, or the use of illicit drugs at any Northern Maine Lacrosse Club event. 

7. Club equipment will be returned in a condition that can be reused next year.

8. I will make every effort to support the activities of Northern Maine Lacrosse Club so it can grow and provide other boys and girls an opportunity to participate.

 We have read, reviewed this with our player, understand, and will respect the guidelines set forth by US Lacrosse and Northern Maine Lacrosse Club.
