All Players must register for FREE clinics or to become part of NMLC. 

Player dues will be collected in April for the current year’s season. All fees collected will be used to purchase equipment, uniforms, supplies, as well as purchasing organizational insurance, and promotional materials.

 

Grade levels and fees are listed below.

Students Grade ⇒ Moose Name ⇒ Group Fee:

1 - 2 ⇒ Micro ⇒ $25.

3 - 5 ⇒ Mini ⇒ $50.

6 - 8    ⇒ Middle ⇒ $75.

9 - 12 ⇒ Max ⇒ $100.

For Grades 1-8, sessions are FREE March 2nd - March 18th. Thereafter players will need to pay their registration fee to continue participating. All high school players need to pay their registration fee before March 30th. Payment can be in cash, or check made payable to "NMLC/Vital Pathways." Both forms of payment should be given directly to the coaching staff.

 

By completing the online registration form, you confirm that you have read the provisions listed below and agree to all stated terms. You also acknowledge and agree to follow the guidelines established by US Lacrosse and the Northern Maine Lacrosse program. Additionally, you understand and agree that submitting this form with your typed name serves as your legally binding signature and will be recognized as the official signed agreement in any legal or judicial matters.

 

All new registered and paid players will get a MOOSE T-shirt.

1: Media Provision:

For those who selected “Permitted to Use” under Photography & Media Permission:

  1. Participants in the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club may occasionally be photographed or recorded for future publication or publicity.
  2. I hereby agree to allow NMLC unrestricted use of my child(ren)’s image in print, video, Facebook, digital media, or any other format the organization deems appropriate.
  3. I understand and agree that any depictions of my child may be used for a variety of purposes at any time, without the need for additional notification. I also acknowledge that my child’s last name will not be released in any publications.

 

2: Participation Waiver Provision

Participation in this activity involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or even death. As a parent, guardian, or participant, I acknowledge and accept these risks—including those associated with sports‑related injuries—and grant my consent for my player(s) to participate. I also understand that my player(s) are expected to follow all safety protocols established by the club, the practice facility, and any playing venue.

By registering for lacrosse participation, I hereby waive and release any and all claims against the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club, including its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and supervisors, for any losses, injuries, damages, fees, or other expenses that may arise from participation in this activity. Additionally, I authorize the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club and its staff to act on my behalf in all matters, including obtaining necessary medical care, should the need arise during this activity or related travel.

 

3: Code of Conduct Provision

All players and parents involved with the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club agree to uphold the following Code of Conduct:

  1. All coaches, players, and parents are expected to maintain a positive attitude and exhibit exceptional sportsmanship at practices, games (both home and away), and within the community.
  2. Swearing, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior on the bench, field, or sidelines will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  3. Players and parents must show respect and care for all facilities, including the Maliseet Field, local schools, indoor practice spaces, as well as opposing and neutral fields.
  4. Matters related to officiating will be handled exclusively by the coaching staff. Players and parents are strictly prohibited from interfering with officials at any time.
  5. Parents are asked to respect the authority of the coaches and refrain from giving instruction during practices and games. Coaching decisions are solely the responsibility of the coaching staff.
  6. Illegal activities, such as underage drinking, smoking, or the use of illicit drugs, are strictly forbidden at all Northern Maine Lacrosse Club events.
  7. All club-issued equipment must be returned in good condition to ensure it is usable for the following season.
  8. I will make every effort to support the growth and success of the Northern Maine Lacrosse Club, helping to provide opportunities for more boys and girls to participate in the sport.
